Model Sign-up Agreement

Model agrees to attend the function. When you sign up for a function, we send a list to the client promising which models will show up. If you don't show up it makes us look bad and it makes you look undependable, which could affect future jobs for you. If an emergency comes up and you can't attend, CALL TO LET US KNOW BEFORE THE FUNCTION so we can notify the client.

Model will receive the info for the audition via e-mail on the morning of the audition, in most cases before dawn. If model does not receive it, model agrees to make every effort to call and email Agency so it can be sent again.

Model agrees to CALL THE AGENCY immediately after the function. This is a requirement. The Agency MUST know the results in order to properly contract with the Client.

Model agrees to sign up under The Rose Agency. This is binding. Once you submit this form, The Rose Agency will have the right to receive commission from your proceeds. If you sign up under a different agency, you will have to pay both agencies, leaving you less money for yourself. So just tell them you are with the Rose Agency and everything will be OK.
