Hi, Thanks so much for becoming a Rose Model. Following are the policies and procedures which you must abide by. They will change from time to time and you are responsible for keeping current with them.

Policies and Procedures

The first time you accept an assignment, you will print, complete, sign & fax back the Model Agreement and W-9 along with a copy of your driver's license and social security card. If you do not have a copy of your social security card a valid US passport or military ID will work in place of it. If you are not a citizen of the United States you will need to provide us with a valid work permit as well.

If you are under 18, a parental consent form is required.

All models must also print out, sign and fax back:

This is required from everyone even if though it is on the online form.

Once you have completed a form,  fax it to 206-339-ROSE (7673), or scan and email it to: jasmine@rosemodels.com . 

At some point, please include:

1. Resume, if you have one. (I like to have a copy of every different kind of resume you have, including a regular job resume, trade show/promotional/modeling resume, acting resume etc.)

2. Any other things that you use to promote yourself.

PHOTOS

Please email photos to: jasmine@rosemodels.com - make sure your name, phone number and home address are in that email. All photos should be in jpeg (jpg) format, under 100K.

Photos should be saved and named as the abbreviation of the state you live in followed by your first name and last name. The state abbreviation and the first letter of your first and last names should be in capital letters; the rest should be in lower case.

If there are multiple photos put a different number after your name on each one.

Example: NYMaryJones1.jpg, NYMaryJones2.jpg

Send your best photos. (Zed cards and head shots are preferred, however I can work with just a snapshot if that's all that you have.)

Photos may be displayed on the official Rose Agency web site.

One photo only until a different kind are needed for a submission or until otherwised asked. The shot should be a commercial style headshot with a nice smile!

Please let me know if you have any minimum pay requirements. I also need to know if you are eager to work, and if you are willing to do super market types of promotions as well as other types of modeling work, trade shows, etc. It doesn't pay as well; however, when I get that type of work in an area it is every single weekend as opposed to only on occasion. As a general rule, I tend to hire the girls who work for me all the time when the higher paying jobs come in, because I know their work ethics and I know they will do a good job for me. Also, you never know, these jobs could lead to supervising similar jobs.
